Although I now live in Arlington with my 13 year old son, Grand Prairie will always be my hometown. I went to Milam, then to Jackson Middle School and South Grand Prairie High (go Warriors!). After working many years in the marketing department at Six Flags Over Texas and at other corporate public relations firms, I decided to go back to the University of Texas at Arlington to finish my English degree and teaching certification. I taught 4th grade here at Milam for six years, and am excited to be teaching GT this year.
